Canceled appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund. Please cancel the appointment via the link sent with the appointment confirmation in the e-mail and text message. Refund will be issued automatically and will reflect on your bank statement within a few business days.
Canceled appointments under 4 hours before the appointment or no shows will incur a ~50% fee. The Reset fee: $180 The Reset Concierge fee: $700
Our subscribers are exempt of any cancelation charges.
Appointments.
1. No-Call-No-Shows will not be refunded for missing their appointment time.
2. If you are running late for your appointment, we kindly request that you call Customer Support at +1 310 751 8141 to provide an estimated time of arrival.
The Human Reset Membership Refund Policy.
The payment card you provided will automatically be charged the subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) for the subsequent months of your membership. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and your membership credits will be available to you through the end of your billing period but will not roll over into subsequent months. No refunds are available for The Human Reset Membership even if no credits have been used.
Force Majeure.
This refund policy does not apply if results are delayed due to forces of nature including earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, landslides, hazardous winter conditions, floods, and other such events as well as war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, labor strikes, or other events impacting the distribution of the sample to the laboratory.
